This hotel offers an amazing view overlooking the ocean and pool from a massive balcony, though the rooms could be improved for a 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location couldn't be more perfect, right on the beach at Sengiggi, though some areas might need renovation. The dining experience was fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious Indonesian and western dishes. The facilities were great all-round.
